Dogfish Head Brewing
Dogfish Head Brewery was founded in June 1995 by husband-and-wife duo Sam and Mariah Calagione in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Known for its "off-centered" ethos, the brand became famous for using culinary ingredients like raisins, chicory, and maple syrup in its beers. After decades of pioneering the American craft beer movement, Dogfish Head entered its latest era in May 2019 when it merged with The Boston Beer Company in a $300 million deal.
